Have you ever had one of those dreams where you find yourself in a large crowd with no clothes on? No? I haven't either!
But in writing, especially if you are a newcomer to the business it kinda feels like that. It is a little scary sharing too much about yourself in a public forum. But . . . if you don't . . . you are just writing a diary. So, I decided to step out and start a blog. I have written several short stories (which you can find a new one each month this website), and I have just finished my first full-length novel The Titanic Paradox. This blog is an attempt to practice writing, blow off a little creativity should I find myself needing an outlet, and have fun exchanging thoughts.
However, blogging is only fun if you can share thoughts, constructive criticism (please be kind, I am new at this) and hear other stories. Please feel free to comment and share your thoughts.
The Titanic Paradox
(Coming in 2022)
Having been ripped from his life in Tennessee, Dan Hunt wakes up with a new wife on their honeymoon cruise. The date is April 12, 1912, and the ship is the R.M.S. Titanic.
When Dan and Sandra Hunt visit a Titanic exhibit, their lives intersect with Titanic passengers and honeymooners John and Elizabeth Franklin.
Without knowing how or why, Dan has been sent back in time to correct an event that would have world-wide repercussions for decades to come. He is unaware of his role in mystery, but he does know that he is no longer just Dan Hunt, but someone else (at least in appearance). He is also unaware that every action on the Titanic might have long lasting effects on the future?
Experience the grandeur of one of the finest ships of a generation -- and witness the tragedy firsthand through multiple perspectives. Enjoy a historic adventure of epic proportions set in the backdrop of 1912, and share in the couples' unforgettable devotion, sacrifice, and courage.
